Located at Onigbongbo-Wasimi area of Maryland in Ikeja Local council, the 26 hectares sized Garden is a few minutes drive to Sheraton and Protea Hotel and four minutes drive to Ikeja International Airport.

“Julius Berger Construction firm has also promised to start the construction work to link the estate to Opebi early February “, he added.
Mr. Raphael also announced a unique installment payment plan of four installments with the initial payment of 40 percent of the initial cost spread across 240 days.
