Zillenium unveils Green City Estate, Targets December Date

In a novel move to increase the housing stock, a property developer, Zillenium has unfolded a new affordable residential development situated along Lagos- Ogun mega city corridor.

Green City, Estate, Isheri as the estate is called, offers elegant apartments built to top unique architectural standards and situated on a 4.1 hectares of land, within Riverview Estate and close to Channels TV, Lagos.

Upon completion between 24-36
months, Green City will house a total of 286 mixed units, made up of fully furnished three bedroom flats, three bedroom town and four bedroom town houses.

According to the Head of Sales, who spoke on behalf of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kayode Ayeni, Zillenium, being a world class real estate development company that focuses on luxury and quality real estate solution for targeted clients, will be providing infrastructure like road, drainage, water, sanitation and power for the subscribers.

Apart from the five per cent   documentation fees, he said there is no hidden charges and the company will be offering piling foundation for its subscribers, as its the unique feature and there is also an off plan payment arrangement that cut across 12 months, 18 months, 24 months and maybe 36 months.

Supported by FGN Mortgages, the company said there is also a buy back option available for subscribers, while the first block is expected to be delivered by December 20, 2016.
