It is high time real estate investors looked in the direction of the Green Alternative. “The Green Alternative,” recently launched by the Federal Government of Nigeria, contains objectives, policies and interventions needed to be put in place in order for Nigeria to achieve self sufficiency and become a major exporter of agricultural products. The 129 page document was unveiled by the Agriculture Minister Audu Ogbeh. It contains incentives for investors in Agriculture and this means that Agricultural land could become one of the most desired in real estate over the next three years.
