Orisun estates offer land ownership scheme
IN a bid to expand the frontier of affordability in homeownership, Messrs Kingbuilder Marketing Management Limited has introduced Orisun Estates for the teeming Nigerians, who desire to own plots of land in Ogun, Oyo and Lagos States.
The project is promoted in conjunction with Virtual Media Network, owner of Orisun Television Channel on StarTimes. “Orisun Estates is borne out of a passion and a mission to provide qualitative and affordable mass housing for all Nigerians, with flexible payment plans and high return on investment, according to the Project Manager, Babatope Aguntasolo.

He said: “The uniqueness of Orisun Estates does not only lie in the flexibility in payment plans, but that perimeter fence with security gate are provided. Another benefit accrued is the good road network, Guaranteed high return on Investment and drainage system.”
Aguntasolo explained that the landed property Global certificate of occupancy, free from Omo-Onile and government acquisition and there is guaranteed high return on investment and flexible payment plans. Proposed facility includes motorable and good road network, electricity and security, perimeter fencing with gate house
and recreation area such as garden park, and club/film House, tennis/basket ball.
